 CHICKEN SWEET CORN NOODLES SOUP



Nothing is better than a cup of hot soup during chilly winter season or even when its raining.And u can simply make a hot cup in no time!!!!

INGREDIENTS:                                                    Preparation Time:20 min
 Sweet corn -200grams                                            Serves :4
Shredded Chicken- 2 cups
Chicken stock -2 litre
Onion(diced)- 1/2 cup
Green chillies(diced)- 2 nos
Corn flour- 4 tsp
Egg- 1 nos
Noodles- 1/2 cup
Soya sauce- 4 tbsp
Vinegar- 2 tbsp
Black pepper- 20 peppercorns
Salt - according to taste

METHOD:
  1. Boil the chicken pieces with two litres of water to prepare the chicken stock.
  2. Now remove the boiled chicken and shred the chicken pieces.
  3.  Add the sweet corn to the chicken stock and pressure cook it.
  4. After removing it from the flames, let it cool down.
  5. Use a blender to crush the sweet corns to geta creamy look.
  6. Now add the diced onions and green chillies and boil the soup.
  7. Now add the noodles to this boiling soup along with a litre of water.
  8. Dissolve the cornflour into a little amount of water and add it to the heating broth with a little bit at a time.
  9. Beat an egg and pour it bit by bit to the boiling soup. Make sure to stir the soup continuously while adding the cornflour and eggs to the soup.
  10. Now add soya sauce and vinegar to it.
  11. Salt and black pepper  have to be added according to taste. Freshly grounded pepper will increase the aroma as well as the taste.
  12.  Shredded chicken is added to the soup and your yummy Sweetcorn noodles soup is ready.
